Unaoga kila siku kwa sababu mwili wako unachafuka.
Unahitaji kuhamasika kila siku kwa sababu akili yako inachafuliwa na watu wenye mitizamo hasi waliokuzunguka.
Ukiacha tu kuisafisha kw akujihamasisha, uchafu huu unakusanyika na baadae unakuwa sumu kwako kufikia malengo yako.
