Ushauri Muhimu Kwa Wanafunzi Wa Kidato Cha Nne.

Jumatatu ijayo tarehe 03/11/2014 wanafunzi wa kidato cha nne wanakwenda kuanza mitihani yao ya kuhitimu kidato cha nne. Hii ni hatua muhimu sana kwenye maisha yao kwani ndio itapelekea ndoto zao nyingine kuwa kweli. Kama mwananfunzi ana ndoto ya kuwa injinia, rubani, daktari au mwalimu, mitihani hii ni muhimu kwake kufaulu ili kuweza kuendelea na masomo yako.

Hapa napenda kushauri mambo kumi kwa wnafunzi wa kidato cha nne wanaokwenda kuanza mitihani yao. Kwa yeyote anayesoma hapa fikisha ushauri huu kwa mwanafunzi unayemjua, anaweza kuwa kuwa mtoto wako, mdogo wako, ndugu au hata jirani.

1. Kwanza kabisa nitoe hongera kwa wanafunzi wote waliovumilia miaka yote minne na hatimaye sasa mnakaribia kabisa mitihani yenu ya mwisho. Sio kazi ndogo hivyo unastahili pongezi.

2. Kubuka yale uliyosoma na kufundishwa katika miaka yote minne uliyokuwa shuleni. Maswali ya mtihani yanatoka katika mambo hayo.

3. Jiamini unapokuwa kwenye chumba cha mtihani, usiwe na hofu au wasiwasi kwamba mtihani ni mgumu au utafeli. Jitahidi kadiri ya uwezo wako.

4. Wahi kufika kwenye chumba cha mtihani, jitahidi ufike nusu saa kabla ya mtihani kuanza hii itakufanya upate muda wa kutuliza akili. Ukichelewa nakukuta mtihani umeshaanza una nafasi kubwa ya kutofanya vizuri.

5. Unapopewa mtihani wako soma maswali yote kisha chagua maswali unayoweza kuanza nayo na ukayafanya vizuri. Kumbuka huwezi kufanya maswali yote kabisa kwenye mtihani, hivyo anza na yale ambayo unaweza kuyafanya vizuri. Kabla ya kujibu swali hakikisha umelielewa.

6. Ukisikia kuna habari za mtihani umevuja usijihangaishe nazo, zitakupotezea muda na kujiamini na mara nyingi ni habari za uongo. Jiamini kwa yale ambayo umefundishwa na kujisomea, yanakutosha kufaulu mtihani wako.

7. Usipanick, hata unapoona umekosea swali kata na ufanye kwa usahihi. Kukosea swali kwenye mtihani ni swala la kawaida, ila utakapopanick ndio utaharibu kila kitu. Kama umekosea swali, kata na uanze kulifanya kwa usahihi.

8. Ukitoka kwenye chumba cha mtihani msijadili maswali ya mtihani uliopita, unaweza kukata tamaa na kujiona umeshafeli. Mara nyingi baada ya mtihani utapenda kujua wenzako walijibu vipi swali fulani, bahati mbaya sana hakuna hata mmoja wenu ambaye ana jibu sahihi hivyo usisikilize maongezi ya aina hiyo.

9. Siku za mtihani hakikisha unapata usingizi wa kutosha, usikeshe kusoma, akili itashindwa kufikiria vizuri. Hakikisha unapata angalau masaa nane ya kulala na pia hakikisha unapata kifungua kinywa asubuhi kabla ya kwenda kwenye mtihani. Itafanya akili yako iweze kufikiri zaidi.

10. Mwisho kabisa nikuambie kwamba wewe ni hazina kubwa kwa nchi hii, tunakutegemea wewe kama mzalishaji na hata kiongozi wa nchi hii. Jiamini unaweza na fanya maamuzi sahihi kwenye kila hatua utakayokuwa unapitia.

Mambo sita yatakayokufanya uwe na furaha zaidi.

Furaha sio kitu ambacho unapewa na mtu. Ni kitu ambacho kinatoka ndani yako mwenyewe. Kuna baadhi ya mambo ukifanya unaongeza furaha yako. Haya hapa ni sita kati ya mambo hayo.
1. Fanya mazoezi.
Kufanya mazoezi kunafanya mwili kuwa imara na hivyo kuweza kufanya mambo mengi unayotaka. Hakuna kitu kinachoondoa furaha kama kuumwa.
2. Pata usingizi wa kutosha.
Tafiti zinaonesha kwamba ukosefu wa usingizi unachangia sana kwenye msongo wa mawazo kitu ambacho kitakuondolea furaha.
3. Kaa mbali na simu yako.
Kukaa na simu yako masaa 24, kupokea kila simu, kujibu kila ujumbe na kuangalia kila kinachoendelea kwenye mtandao ni moja ya njia zinazochangia kukosa furaha. Zima simu yako kwa muda fulani, au iweke kwenye hali ya kimya kwa muda fulani.
4. Jumuika na watu halisi.
Katika ulimwengu huu wa mitandao ya kijamii unaweza kuona unajumuika na watu kwa kuchat kwenye mtandao. Kama unakosa muda wa kujumuika na watu kwenye ulimwengu halisi ni chanzo cha kukosa furaha.
5. Jitolee kitu kwa ajili wengine.
Kutoa kunaongeza furaha. Usiseme huna cha kutoa, unaweza kujitolea muda wako kusaidia wasio na uwezo au kuelimisha wengine.
6. Shukuru kwa ulichonacho.
Kama kila wakati unalalamika kuhusu ugumu wa maisha au vitu ulivyokosa huwezi kuwa na furaha. Shukuru kwa vitu ulivyonavyo na hata kwa maisha unayoishi, utakuwa na furaha na utapata zaidi.
Fanya mambo haya sita na utakuwa na furaha kwenye maisha yako.

Tabia Tatu Za Viongozi Dhaifu, Na Jinsi Ya Kuepuka Kuwa Mmoja Wao.

Ni vizuri sana kujifunza kutoka kwa viongozi waliofanikiwa maana hapa unapata njia ya vitu gani vya kufanya ili na wewe uweze kufanikiwa kama kiongozi.

Ni vizuri pia kujifunza kutoka kwa viongozi walioshindwa kwa sababu kupitia kushindwa kwao unajua ni vitu gani vimewafanya washindwe na hivyo kuviepuka ili na wewe usiishie kushindwa kama wao.

Leo tutaangalia tabia tatu za viongozi dhaifu na jinsi ya kuepuka kuwa kiongozi dhaifu.

1. Husita kufanya maamuzi magumu.

Viongozi wote hufikia wakati ambao wanahitaji kufanya maamuzi magumu ili kubadili hali ya mambo. Maamuzi haya yanaweza kuwa na madhara fulani ila kutokufanya maamuzi hayo kunaleta madhara makubwa zaidi mbeleni.

Viongozi dhaifu husita na kuchelewa kufanya maamuzi magumu na hivyo kujikuta kwenye matatizo makubwa zaidi.

2. Hulalamika kukosa rasilimali.

Viongozi hafifu hulalamika kila mara kwamba wamekosa rasilimali fulani ndio maana wameshindwa kufanikiwa. Hutumia muda mwingi kulalamikia rasilimali wanazokosa badala ya  kutumia rasilimali walizoko nazo katika kufikia mafanikio.

3. Huepuka majukumu.

Viongozi hafifu hukwepa majukumu yao na kutafuta njia rahisi kwao. Kwa kuepuka huku majukumu wanashindwa kufikia mafanikio na kwa kutafuta njia rahisi wanapata njia ambayo inawapeleka kwenye kushindwa.

Epuka tabia hizi tatu za viongozi hafifu ili uweze kuwa kiongozi bora na uweze kufikia mafanikio makubwa.

Richard anasema alianza biashara biashara akiwa mdogo sana kwa sababu hakuwahi kufikiria kufanya kazi chini ya mtu. Hivyo kama unaona huwezi kufanya kazi chini ya mtu basi ujasiriamali ndio njia yako.

3. Wanaonizunguka wanafikiriaje?

Richard anasema kama huwezi kuamua, omba ushauri kwa wale wanaokuzunguka. Wanaweza kukupa ushauri mzuri sana wa nini unaweza kufanya.
